Sapporo Bankei Ski Resort is a leisure park where you can enjoy various outdoor activities and sports.

Dobin Curling Stadium is the nation's first public facility dedicated to year-round curling. It is equipped with full-scale facilities capable of hosting international competitions, including competition lanes maintained at a room temperature of 5 degrees Celsius.
Free curling trial sessions" and "curling classes" are held for beginners, and a complete set of curling equipment, including shoes, sliders, and brushes, can be rented for 100 yen on the day of the event.

North Safari Sapporo is a hands-on zoo where visitors can interact with animals. There are approximately 140 species of animals in the park, and visitors can interact with more than 70 of them.

Maruyama Zoo was the first zoo to open in Hokkaido in 1951. The zoo offers about 30 different guided tours on a daily basis to help visitors enjoy learning about the animals, so there is always something new to learn and discover no matter when you visit.

The Central Wholesale Market is a spot where about 60 stores, including fresh fish stores, fruit and vegetable stores, and dry food stores, are located. The market is crowded with people from early in the morning and around noon.

Torette Hut Fuji Farm is a playground where visitors can purchase freshly picked vegetables and enjoy an agricultural experience.
Various events are held throughout the year, such as asparagus harvesting in the spring, water play in the summer, and potato harvesting in the fall.
In winter, it is one of the few places in Sapporo where you can enjoy wakasagi (smelt) fishing. The area is comfortable and warm in winter because it is an improved version of an agricultural plastic greenhouse. The area is also equipped with flush toilets, so women and children can also enjoy fishing.

Here are some spots with dynamic natural environments.

Moerenuma Park is a playground known for being the work of Isamu Noguchi, one of the most famous sculptors of the 20th century.
Highlights include the 62-meter-high Mt. Moele, the glass pyramid "HIDAMARI," and the "Sea Fountain," which sprays water up to 25 meters high. Visitors can experience play using creative playground equipment.
Cherry blossoms bloom in spring, and Moele Beach is open in summer. In autumn, larch leaves turn brilliant yellow, and in winter, cross-country skiing can be enjoyed throughout the year.
