At Kobo Smith, we offer two different methods of making handmade wedding rings according to your desired design and delivery date. We will assist you in creating a ring that is one-of-a-kind and special to you, from quotation to production and aftercare.

At Kobo Smith Sapporo, we have a proud mindset and a team of highly motivated craftsmen who are constantly improving their skills. That is why we are able to communicate difficult things to our customers in a gentle manner. And we can gently fill in the gaps that ordinary self-made stores cannot.

Price for a set of 3 bottles

If you sign a contract for a handmade wedding band and a handmade engagement ring at the same time, you are eligible for a set discount of 15% off the precious metal cost of the wedding band and 151 TP3TOFF for the engagement ring, including the precious metal cost and diamond. The same applies if the engagement ring is custom-made instead of handmade.

Diamond Certificate of Authenticity

Each loose diamond (0.1ct UP) used by Smith Sapporo comes with a certificate of authenticity from CGL Central Gem Laboratory, one of the leading gem identification laboratories in Japan. Central Gem Laboratory (CGL), a leading gemological laboratory in Japan.

The diamond appraisal certificate is a certificate that describes the grade, proportions, etc., with a focus on the 4C's.

Handmade wedding rings: 2 methods to choose from

metal carving method

This is a process in which a single bar of precious metal is directly processed to make a ring. The process begins with cutting the ring to the customer's size, welding, polishing, and other operations. The feature of this process is that you can experience the process of gradually becoming a ring. (Delivery in the same day~3 weeks)

WAX method

A prototype is made by shaving a material similar to candle wax. We then take the prototype and process it into metal and deliver it to you. The feature of this process is that there is a wide range of design possibilities because the material is soft. (Delivery in 3 weeks to 1 month)
